Creamy Cheddar Cheese Pasta

Eager to cook something cheesy this weekend? Pasta is the choice. Cook this yummy meal as a quick snack.

Creamy Cheddar Cheese Pasta



Ingredients:

1 cup Pasta (penne, macaroni, any)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk cream
2 cups Water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
Mixed herbs (basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme)
Salt


Directions:

1. Cook pasta with water and a tsp. of oil.
2. Remove excess water if any. Add cream, cheese and butter into the pan and mix well until smooth.
3. Add herbs and salt as per taste. Cover and cook on low flame for 1 hr. till the pasta turns smooth or until the cheese is melted.



*You can also add veggies of your choice like brocolli, corn and carrot.
